I've been going to Bob's since I was a boy (over 35 years now) and I salivate weeks before my annual visit in August... without doubt the best shellfish stand in Folkestone, if not the whole of Kent. Delicious whelks, cockles and crab every time as well as plenty of other seafood to tempt you. The ladies that run it are the salt of the earth and always friendly.
Lovely range of fresh seafood including lobster, king prawns and cockles. Very friendly server helped with my choices and hoped my lunch guests enjoyed it, which they did- hugely! Will definitely be back.

Always been a target for me when visiting Folkestone. Probably the last visit though. Sorry guys not overly impressed with the Whelks, not like they once were, and like everything else these days, I thought expensive. Hey ho. Good luck for the future.
