Be careful when shopping in the bakery as to certain staff members the bestbefore date mean nothing and if you want fresh/best goods they are not always displayed ..

Could do with more staff in the restaurant. Long wait to get served. Coffee machine's always not working. Menu used to be a lot lot better.

My first visit since the re-furb so all new to us.Plenty of stock, and an assistant was very helpful and polite when asked about a certain product.All looks good inside but not so sure about the outside - not as welcoming to look at as before ?

this folkestone store is becoming a joke, they never have anything cooked in the in-store bakery and are always full of excuses. I.e. Baker is not in today,Bakers gone sick, the machine is broke etc and with no direct line to call first before travelling unless you want to be on hold for 25mins to head office then they call the store for you 9 times out of 10 you have a wasted journey and end up in sainsburys instead…it’s a shame used to be really good service in there but not anymore
