Food is ok but biggest issue is they advertise they close at 11pm however on multiple occasions they close around 10pmDrove 3 miles (each way) on different occasions expecting them to be open but all lights were off and doors locked

I'm obsessed with Favorite Chicken, I've been to at least 10 different branches over the years. Was on first name terms with a lot of the people running them.I recently moved to Rainham, Kent and so this is my new local.The chips are not the same chips they serve at any other favorite chicken, they're very soggy, not crispy as they should be. The chicken has been very hit or miss, mainly miss.The second from last time I went there, the chicken literally smelt like bins down a back alley. You know the smell, like when you walk through a market once it's all closed and you can smell the rotten fruit. It put me off for a few months.Yesterday, I thought I'd left it long enough to give it another try. The chicken was very wet, it wasn't oil, it was like it had been washed under a tap after it was cooked. This wasn't a delivery either. My cats even refused to eat the chicken.After the night me and my partner had, I will never go back to this place.The people running it are not friendly either.

ordered here twice and it was great but tonight we got a box of 20 of the rawest chicken wings you could get and when we went back for a refund they got very annoyed with us and said we were lying even though we bought the very raw chicken back, weve informed everyone we know so hopefully this helps, theyve just lost a lot of customers. Also they claim the spice makes it pink but no spice makes bloody and raw chicken like this. Edit: food and safety have been contacted

Disgusting greasy undercooked wings, someone needs to be checking the quality there!!! Ended up all in the bin, I can see the difference between undercooked smelly chicken (not fresh meat)and the spices. The whole box stunk and I was afraid to eat this. So please don't give me a silly explanation like i was a dum. I had chicken from this place before and it was fine, but the one yesterday was not acceptable, you can't do this to people .

Been here a few times now, the food is always cooked freshly, tastes great and the staff are so friendly, parking is unfortunately at the public car park a short walk away, but it’s worth it. Love getting lunch here though , it’s Locally owned and the owner is such a nice guy!
