I have ordered the cookies COUNTLESS time on Uber eats from this store and I either get the wrong type of cookie or they don’t turn up at all. What tipped me to this review was this time, I got the empty bags for the cookies but no cookies, if you can’t serve them, take them off the damn menu. It’s ridiculous and bad

I ordered a 52 pound meal with KFC online, the rider " so they call it "Turned up with a meal for 1.We had to chase him up the road and once caught up with him explained the order was wrong.Gibe him back order, he said he will return with correct goods.30 mins later and after 2 calls to KFC shop and no joy I decided to go to shop myself.I had my 52 pounds worth after massive stress with manager.Oh and still stuff missing and no money back for delivery.Accuse was the rider had disappeared after.NOT GOOD ENOUGH IN MY EYES, DO NOT ORDER ONLINE.

My gravy was every where spilt all open on my floor and in the bag and not only that I had a black hair in my food and me and the people I am sharing with have blonde hair absolutely shocking and they are not picking up

I ordered £38 worth chicken. Wished I hadn't as what a load of rubbish. Dry hard chicken, soggy chips. Total waste of money. Don't order.

To be this bad is a different type of skill, management need to be sent back to infant school to learn the basics, almost funny how absolutely, ridiculous the service is. Imbarising at the highest level

Just been to get KFC and went to order at the tills to be told it’s cash only at the tills I need to go use the self serve kiosks which where busy. There were 4+ staff members standing around doing nothing but laughing and joking. But hey I’m not one to cause a scene so I proceed on the kiosks. While waiting for my food they served 2 others at the till paying by card. So I raised my concern & they just made excuse after excuse. Never spending my hard earned money here ever again! They need training on customer service!!!

Driver delivered food all over the floor said my problem I told them I have cctv inside and out all of a sudden phone call in a different language taking place having a go at me. David he was putting the food in my bin made sure he did not rang the shop rude manager at Gravesend said my problem would not send replacement and that she didn't care I had wasted my money

Poor, absolutely poor, how can they forget our burgers we ordered, and received our chips which was very cold! How can you not double check regardless how busy you are! Not happy with this?

Food is always spot on at this KFC the only thing is it is usual for something to be missing when we get home! Lesson learnt many a time and we now always check it before we leave! Apart from that great food here!

Order not read properly, had to ask for gravy swap as not put in with order. Had to ask for a fruit shoot. Food warm (less than 5 mins drive from shop). Guy, who gave us our order, had an i don't want to be here attitude. Very disappointing will not be get my custom again.
