Just been to get KFC and went to order at the tills to be told it’s cash only at the tills I need to go use the self serve kiosks which where busy. There were 4+ staff members standing around doing nothing but laughing and joking. But hey I’m not one to cause a scene so I proceed on the kiosks. While waiting for my food they served 2 others at the till paying by card. So I raised my concern & they just made excuse after excuse. Food is always spot on at this KFC the only thing is it is usual for something to be missing when we get home! Lesson learnt many a time and we now always check it before we leave! Apart from that great food here!

Ordered click and collect, and as per usual items missing from the order, sides incorrect. Sorted out in store what we noticed( was lunch order with 9 meals), however once we got home found other errors in the order but by this point wasn't driving back. Store really needs to get this sorted as it been ongoing issue for several years but we stick with it as it's our local takeaway.
