Items are always missing everytime we order! When order online nothing can be done so someone everytime is left without their full order. Unhappy kids - save your money!

Ordered some food this morning in store, and as usual the machine gave me no ticket. Waited 20 minutes and still had no food. Asked the person behind the counter who has told me my order did not come through. I proceeded to explain I had no paper ticket and showed them the bank transaction showing they had taken my money. I was told this was wrong and no money had been taken as the order wasn’t on the screen. I again showed them my bank statement showing this had been taken out. I was then asked to leave as it was a busy time of day and I was Waisting there time. Literally taken my money and given me nothing in return. Proper joke place, run by awful management

No interaction from staff, very blunt wjen I asked for sweet curry sauce, "10p" takeaway bag on hatch and ahe walked away, was cold. Even floor runner wasn't acknowledging anyone.
Can get very busy, service isn't the fastest, and seem a bit disorganised too, but food good and warm, and they get there, not too many issues with actual order, just time taken

This is the worst mcdonalds I've ever been to. They can never get the food order correct which is kind of funny as how simple their menu is on what goes with what. The food is always cold when it's delivered or over cooked or tastes like it's been sat there for a while as they pre cook their food. It's also in the worst area as their have been a fair few stabbings and so on that have happened here (no surprise really). Definitely think more about going that little bit further and going to the mcdonalds in gravesend asda rather than this one.Parking: You would have to use one of the car parks around the town centre in order to go here.

Clearly staff are no good at checking orders! ordered through just eat to only receive someone else food which clearly has a different order number to mine! Ordered a sausage egg mcmuffin meal, bacon roll meal and cheesy flatbread to only receive two egg mcmuffins with extra cheese and 5 hash browns! How can u simply get packaging an order wrong when u have the receipt of an customers order infront of u
