Can get very busy, service isn't the fastest, and seem a bit disorganised too, but food good and warm, and they get there, not too many issues with actual order, just time taken
As is the norm in McDonald's these days, the self service machines are in use, although nobody is checking when calling orders that the person collecting is the person whose order it is.Either this place needs to check people who pay for orders actually receive their orders or what do they exist for?I paid for my chosen food but didn't receive it due to the usual Gravesend chavs taking opportunity or lack of competence in checking collections.I don't like to complain but this...read full review

No interaction from staff, very blunt wjen I asked for sweet curry sauce, "10p" takeaway bag on hatch and ahe walked away, was cold. Even floor runner wasn't acknowledging anyone.
