We enjoyed our stay at this premier inn. The staff were very helpful and courteous. This is a hotel where you can have a restful night sleep and excellent service. Also I would recommend the George pub for a meal. My wife found that noise of the hotel-provided fan all night in the heatwave actually counteracted her tinnitus, and has recorded the sound to try at home.
This was my first stay at this hotel and I was disappointed that breakfast is not available there or at the nearby pub. The room was very hot, but an electric fan was provided which helped. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Staff friendly, a very comfy bed and decent shower, a reasonably good value price for a single room considering I booked only a couple of weeks before my stay. Also a very nice pub opposite too which is needed as no restaurant or breakfast in this hotel. Ideal for a cheap and hassle-free stopover if in Gravesend for business or pleasure.
