Food was nice but the service was awful. Was told to take a seat and a server would be over to take our order. After 20 minutes we found a QR code and ordered on our phones. The carvery was tasty but again the staff need to keep an eye on what needs topping up quicker. The gravy was empty, and even after another customer told them, 15 minutes later it still hasn't been replenished. This was the same for sauces.Even though it was a Sunday evening, it wasn't too busy and it just seemed there wasn't enough staff to cover. I only remember seeing two waitresses on the floor but 3 behind the bar.The food was tasty but when I asked for a take away box for my left overs (which I knew they had due to getting too good to go orders from them before) they refused saying they couldn't because they the worry of reheating the food at a later date. When I order the roo good to go, I have to reheat that when I get home and told them that there is no difference, but they still refused. There is no liability to the restaurant for take away boxes and reheating food at a later time. Of this was true, no one would be able to have tale away in there homes and way pizza or Chinese the next day.This made the experience horrible and put me, my partner and our 2 friends off coming again or recommending anyone else from attending this establishment.Parking: Loads of spaces and disabled parking too
