Just out for lunch and decided to eat here lovely, friendly and polite staff.The food was amazing, even tho I had a problem with my order the manager sorted it out straight away.Matthew,(the manager) was very professional and polite and sorted it out straight away.Thank you would highly recommend

Went with a large group on a busy weekend. Service from our waiter Matthew, was friendly but issues with the order meant 2 meals were missed and didn't come until after others had finished. Food was ok... But no more than that. Overall a bit underwhelmed.Vegetarian options: Limited range of veggie options.

Having booked at relatively short notice for a family gathering, nothing was expected to go smooth.With only 2 days to go I was given numerous different dietary requirements, not a problem for Big Easy.With 25 to serve it was never going to be easy, people forget what they ordered? Maybe because there were so many delicious options on the menu?Anyway, everyone was suitably fed and watered, the staff were all very friendly and helpful, especially Ellie who not only came in on her day off, went above and beyond to accommodate some awkward moments, thank you Ellie from myself and Brian.Highly recommended for food, service and atmosphere.

Regularly pop into the Bluewater restaurant for a beer or two, but also partial to the prawn deal on Tuesdays, too.Great venue to have a pint with live music, and couldn't speak highly enough of the staff here - particularly James and Ryan. Always friendly, attentive and personable.Safe to say I'll continue returning, and all the while Goose IPA is on draft.

Really disappointed with the experience. I had really been looking forward to it. The starter was fine but small. However we had to wait 45 mins for the main course and it wasn't even crowded. When the food arrived the steaks were not cooked as requested. I asked for a rare ribeye but got a medium one. My partner asked for a medium well done fillet ant that was almost rare. Due to the time waiting we did not have the time to send stuff back. The quality of the meat was fine and the lobster was nice if a little small.However for the price steaks should be cooked properly and there should be no need for this kind of review

The food here was delicious and plentiful, the prices are very competitive and beers are great in terms of selection, Matthew our server was great, making sure we had everything we needed, would definitely recommend and will return.
