Went with a large group on a busy weekend. Service from our waiter Matthew, was friendly but issues with the order meant 2 meals were missed and didn't come until after others had finished. Food was ok... But no more than that. Overall a bit underwhelmed.Vegetarian options: Limited range of veggie options.
Having booked at relatively short notice for a family gathering, nothing was expected to go smooth.With only 2 days to go I was given numerous different dietary requirements, not a problem for Big Easy.With 25 to serve it was never going to be easy, people forget what they ordered? Just out for lunch and decided to eat here lovely, friendly and polite staff.The food was amazing, even tho I had a problem with my order the manager sorted it out straight away.Matthew,(the manager) was very professional and polite and sorted it out straight away.Thank you would highly recommend
