“Four Coffees and four treats amounted to plenty of Bucks… Quite expensive.
However the Coffee was nice enough and the snacks were very nice indeed.
Queue was quite long.
Seating is comfortable.
Atmosphere, a little noisy but you can still chat.
Overall a nice place to catch up with friends or relax alone.

“Lovely Caffe Nero. Great coffee and friendly staff. They serve in take away cups so a -1 ⭐ on that. All good otherwise.”

“I'm going to say every one of my 5 stars hinges on my very positive interactions with Jordan. He was friendly, knowledgeable, open and most of all highly professional and understanding. I had recently purchased a Nespresso Pixie and he helped introduce me to the almost Willy Wonka experience you can have in this place with all the different pods and options. You can try their different machines yourself to make a coffee and there is a coffee bar to discuss with staff options open for flavours and results. All great. Jordan sorted this in an accomplished manner and clearly enjoys working with customers and knows his stuff in an approachable and relatable way. He was introducing me to the decaf range I'd inquired about and then at the bar made me a vanilla infused decaf cappuccino using their new milk frother on sale (which unlike older version, can go in dishwasher - great idea!). I was sat next to a heavily pregnant lady who was being served by another member of staff at the bar. Us 2 customers and Jordan were really happy and talking about the milk frother and whole experience when out of nowhere some unnecessarily unpleasant lady in glasses, loudly cut Jordan off (mid sentence with 2 customers) to bark unprofessionally at him that the bar was closed and he shouldn't be there. Both the pregnant lady and I were shocked and before we could say a word to defend the circumstances, the unpleasant woman had whipped herself away. It was really, really uncomfortable (I wonder if it is the same person who upset *Anastacia* who gives the 1 star review - same description, same fixation on the bar closure??) Jordan was the consummate professional and took it humbly on the chin, he put us as customers first and carried on.
It is worth noting (and we would have explained this to the woman had she stuck around for any feedback after her public outburst), Jordan had originally intended to take me to the demo machines, but there was no milk frother there to show how this particular vanilla coffee could really be elevated as a cappuccino/latte. And it is perfectly obvious why the other assiant in the shop offered the pregnant woman, due in 2 weeks, a seat at the bar to have her experience.
Both of us bought items and thoroughly enjoyed learning something new in what is intended to be a really cool, highly interactive, hands on environment. So, omitting that blip, really lovely experience overall, great concept of the shop.”
