So a strange review, only reason I use Cafe Nero is they understand tea drinkers (allow the customer to put the milk in) all other coffee places make a tea like it's a coffee and half a cup of milk. ?Always use cafe Nero for a cup of tea.Staff are always friendly and helpful.
This chain cafe is always good to get a coffee from. Often it has good comfortable seating as well. Unfortunately the last time I visited, the seating was reduced (back of store was blocked off) probably due to limited staff working. This led to a bit of crowding and very limited tables. Staff was friendly and courteous. Prices for London coffee as one would expect. Would still come again and hope for the best.
