Nice outside. However when the smokers lit up it was not pleasant. I believe making the whole site non smoking will improve sales.

As far as Costa Coffee goes this is very good. Conveniently located within the shops. Nice seating area with high ceiling and glass walls. Service was good with a very very enthusiastic team taking orders. Sometimes the queues can be large because there is a small serving area.

Medium busy on a Sunday, sadly coffee making speed was not that fast so 5th in queue was 15 mins wait - I guess once you are used to central London barrista speed it spoils you!

Very nice Turkey and Stuffing Sandwich and Christmas Cracker After Eight and Chocolate Orange Drink.Drinks were free with my Costa App. Result.
Costa is, what Costa does. Fairly average coffee place, feels a bit out of place in this town.
