Costa staff we exceptional, polite, professional & efficient. I liked that one of them chose to offer a small plate to receive coins from my daughter, then sanitised the plate between customers. I was very impressed.
Just met a lovely chap Luke who has made us all smile, customer service seems to at his heart. Having been in catering for 30 years he is everything you could want in a staff member - with all the sadness in the industry and world at the moment he is the perfect tonic

As far as Costa Coffee goes this is very good. Conveniently located within the shops. Nice seating area with high ceiling and glass walls. Service was good with a very very enthusiastic team taking orders. Sometimes the queues can be large because there is a small serving area.
