We visited the pub this morning as a family for the Easter egg hunt. It was awesome! Staff were so lovely and the kids won an Easter egg and more chocolate treats each. Would recommend.

No complaints here, quick service. Me and the missus were in and out in about half an hour with food. Lovely looking place. Plenty of room and a large beer garden. The burger I had was absolutely delicious and I would definitely recommend it. Hunters chicken went down well too. Polite friendly staff. We've never stopped here but would visit again.

Came here for Sunday lunch and wasnt disappointed roast dinner was very big and plenty of it on the plate and the chicken fajitas were amazing was told I could add a 4oz bit of steak to fajitas and glad I did, staff very helpful and nothing was to much trouble even though they were very busy.Would definitely recommend and will definitely be back

Very nice place. Plenty of parking. Excellent service. We hadnt booked but really people should book so they know how many chefs to take on. Good shops and garden centre nearby.Vegetarian options: I noticed there were vegetarian dishes.Parking: Parking was easy

Ordered a 12oz rump steak, medium rare. Was given a 4 inch square of meat that was as thick as a burger. Waitress was swift in taking it back to the kitchen and represented a steak of adequate quality. Companions steak was blue and had been ordered medium rare. I was disappointed with the meat quality overall. Not going to be on my return list.
One steak was more burger than 12oz rump and ribeye was closer to blue than medium rare. Thankfully my companion was and is perfect.

My partner and I have frequented this eatery a few times over the years but have got to say this was not the same experience we usually get. Was welcomed well by a young lady and our order was taken well but the lady who bought the food out to us basically threw it at us, the presentation of the food was very poor and portion sizes different cannot understand that considering we both had the same meal. It was quite a busy time but that does not mean standards have to drop, we constantly hear that hospitality is suffering and with these kinds of standards you can see why. With this experience we probably will not be visiting this particular Greene King again.

I have just received a pop up email recommending this place for food - here is my view on this placeThe place was fairly quiet when arrived with my party of 5 and we were seated promptly by waiting staff and upon seated we were given drink and food menu - the waitress who was to serve us gave us her name and said she would return soon for our order.The waitress returned and took our drinks order which promptly arrived very quickly. The waitress then took our food order - my husband and son in law chose the mixed grill and upon the Waitress recommendation they upgraded for the matter of a few pounds. The food arrived very promptly which surprised us. The waitress offered us no sauces - just walked away. At no time during our meal did the waitress come back to check if our meal was good or to offer a drinks top up. My husband and son in law's mixed grill was a mixture of awfulness - the steak was so tough it was not edible, my daughter had Chicken Fajitas which was three quarters onions with 4 pieces of Chicken, my other daughter had Mac -n- Cheese which was so bland and my fish was burnt at both ends. No wonder the food arrived quickly. And no wonder the waitress did not ask us if our food was okay!Our first visit and our last!
