Staff are lovely, service and atmosphere were on point however you can't enter at all much less to use the toilet, the coffee tasted like kettle scale and the bacon roll was just a bacon roll

Nice cafe right on the waterfront. Food, service, value all good whilst enjoying the sunshine overlooking the sea.

Went to the cafe with my son, daughter and 3 granddaughters. After spending nearly £40 on food and drinks my daughter asked if they could fill my granddaughters water bottle up as she doesn't drink anything else, they said no you will have to buy a bottle! We were totally disgusted ?

A nice quite place to visit ?

The staff are most friendly and helpful, i feel most welcome and i appreciate that especially being a brown elf in mid summer looking for directions to the North Pole, and 6 months late to the party ?

Coffee was awful! Cant comment on the rest as that's all I hadIt's a good spot though - great views

If I'm paying top dollar for a coffee I do like it to be from beans / ground rather than from an instant packetAlso interested to see them selling flapjacks that can be purchased in a local shop for over 600% mark up! I know theresxa rule in catering regarding mark up but that seems quite steep! As beach side pit stops go I'm highly unlikely to return

No inside eating, bitnof a long queue for food. Food and drink pretty basic, but tasty enough.

Rudest woman on the planet. We left without buying anything as she was vile.

Palm Bay Cafe is a favourite spot for my son and I. Usually we have a walk along the seafront and stop for a coffee and a snack at the Cafe. Today the wind was a little too bracing for a walk, so we just enjoyed a coffee and a bacon and egg butter while admiring the view. Delicious ?
Best cappuccino in Thanet. Friendly
