Went to the cafe with my son, daughter and 3 granddaughters. After spending nearly £40 on food and drinks my daughter asked if they could fill my granddaughters water bottle up as she doesn't drink anything else, they said no you will have to buy a bottle! We were totally disgusted ?
The staff are most friendly and helpful, i feel most welcome and i appreciate that especially being a brown elf in mid summer looking for directions to the North Pole, and 6 months late to the party ?

Staff are lovely, service and atmosphere were on point however you can't enter at all much less to use the toilet, the coffee tasted like kettle scale and the bacon roll was just a bacon roll
