From the outside, it does not look like much an old run-down weatherd dirty building with no characteristics and not much going for it at all. An old pub i was told. Just one lonely sign saying Costa. You wouldn't know it was a costa there if it wasn't for the one sign. But open those doors, the warm welcome of fresh ground coffee and wonderful atmosphere. The perfect meeting spot a great little coffee hang out with a great big grand fireplace (more should be done with this could be a wow factor) we found two chairs that I can only describe as a gaston chair from beauty and the beast. I felt like Lord of the manor having his afternoon coffee. A very smiley young server lady told me that if you order any large coffee, you get two extras for free like hazlenut syrup and cream. So large I will have from now on. It was very delightful. The only problem with all the costa spots is their food. Nice but somewhat overpriced. Over £5 for a ham and cheese toasty pre made in a bag, in my opinion, is a tad steeapParking: There is no parking.Wheelchair accessibility: The main doorway may be a tight squeeze

Quite a nice place. Limited choice of food.

It's a Costa Coffee shop! Having said that, it's in an old pub so there's a lot of history associated with the building (The original pub is several hundred years old). It's a bit "Brown" inside, which I think is due to planning regs, but the coffee is good and the staff were friendly and helpful. As a note, if you are making your way along the coast using the buses, there is a route change at New Romney, and with the 100 westbound bus stop directly outside, it's a good place to wait for the connection with a coffee.

An unusual Costa housed in a very old building that was a pub, a really nice setting to have a coffee one problem though was the front door sticks and is hard to open, disabled customers will find it very hard to get in.

The coffee with cream was lovely and the food was okay too. This cafe doesn't feel like at the cafe when you're inside. It feels like you're somewhere else.

This Costas is a disgrace. Fridge with food not working for a long time as well as dishwasher. Outside at rear needs a major clean up. Staff miserable. Whoever has the franchise needs to do something.

Pleasant staff, nice coffee and half price lemon muffins! We discovered by chance that it actually has a free car park behind it. If you turn left immediately before Costa (heading in the Hastings direction ) you will find it.

Nice place, it's a medieval pub this Costa is and it's a relaxed atmosphere with very helpful, friendly staff.Parking: Parking is located behind the shop.
