From the outside, it does not look like much an old run-down weatherd dirty building with no characteristics and not much going for it at all. An old pub i was told. Just one lonely sign saying Costa. You wouldn't know it was a costa there if it wasn't for the one sign. But open those doors, the warm welcome of fresh ground coffee and wonderful atmosphere. It's a Costa Coffee shop! Having said that, it's in an old pub so there's a lot of history associated with the building (The original pub is several hundred years old). It's a bit "Brown" inside, which I think is due to planning regs, but the coffee is good and the staff were friendly and helpful.As a note, if you are making your way along the coast using the buses, there is a route change at New Romney, and with the 100 westbound bus stop directly outside, it's a good place...read full review
An unusual Costa housed in a very old building that was a pub, a really nice setting to have a coffee one problem though was the front door sticks and is hard to open, disabled customers will find it very hard to get in.
