It's so nice to visit a lovely, quiet, comfortable pub with a lovely atmosphere. I haven't been here for years and was glad I visited it again. It is the complete opposite of a "Spoons" and all the better for it, the food is great and the beer also. Some people will think, it's expensive but for the quality of the food and drinks, it's well worth it. In summary:A great place to enjoy a special meal or occasion in very comfortable surroundings, or enjoy some different unusual beers in the beer garden.

First time visiting this place, booked table in advanced, when we arrived we were greeted with by lovely people, given a choice where we wanted to sit. Such a lovely and clean place…honestly the best beer battered fish and chips I have ever had. Definitely will be going back with all the family.

My wife visited on Thursday with 3 of her friends. Entirely different establishment now. Food, furniture and ambience improved considerably. Looking forward to my wife treating me!

Went here for a meal with a large group . Lots of parking and loads of space the seating out back is perfect in the sun. Great food and service staff

AVOID! Would give 0 rating if possible. Various items from the menu not available and various beer taps on display not on . Long wait for food that is very average at best but not acceptable for the price. The staff are rude from the start and very unhelpful. The service was very poor . Very disappointed,  will not be returning . They obviously don’t want repeat custom.

Would give 0 rating if possible. Various items from the menu not available and various beer taps on display not on, plus no cocktails available. Long wait for food that is very average at best but not acceptable for the price. The staff were unhelpful and rude and the service was very poor. Very disappointed, will not be returning. Avoid! They obviously don’t want repeat custom.

Beautiful friendly refurbished pub. Had lunch with a client, their suggestion on location. Great friendly service, new management who advised new ownership. Really clean and pretty decor. Food so tasty and very reasonably priced , unfortunately I don’t live near by as would definitely be a regular. Will be making another visit as soon as possible

I’m Alone and hungary in between my daily jobs so decided to try this newly opened refurbished restaurant/pub walking in I see a ginger cat wandering around inside so decided to avoide the cat and look for a seat to be asked what I am doing so stated I wanted food and a drink so I was given a dirty food stained paper menu witch I was pushed for a order so I got a burger and chips and Pepsi for £16 which is a bit steep for a burger chips and drink? I looked around to see a lot of seats taken by things unattended on the table (laptops phones clothes and shoes) so I found a seat and waited my food come from a lady and asked if I wanted anything else witch I politely declined I was given salt and pepper upon using them I find the pepper is empty so just ignored that and tucked in once I finish my food I got up left with a thank you and goodbye to only hear a yes as a reply by the lady behind the bar in my opinion it’s a clean pub and the food looked ok but it’s not for the normal people it’s more for the posh business meeting people over a expensive food and drink I will will not be coming back. The food looks ok but is a lot more greasy then other places I have visited the lettuce is a little old and wilted on the ends so I cut that off other then that the food and drink was ok if you like oily food. Inside was old fashioned theme and sorta clean most of the customers turned out to be staff who seemed to be pretending to be customers? I could also overhear them talking from different tables and talking about letting staff go as not a lot of people visiting and that only few meals were sold in the day I’m visiting so far and wasn't good enough. A quick look in the garden to see a big piece of wood leaning up against the garden gate to hold it closed? but other then that it’s a nice garden with plenty of tables very close together and a old style horse box looked to be a outside bar and a empathy dirty dog bowel outside the rear door. My opinion is to avoid this pace if it stays how it is now. In June 2022.

I didn’t know this place existed until I heard good reviews about the recent refurb from friends. Have been twice already since it reopened! Once with friends for a lovely meal in the eve and again on a saturday afternoon with my family. We had a lovely warm welcome from the staff and nothing was too much trouble both times. My children really enjoyed the garden and there was a lovely atmosphere with lots of friendly families. Only a 5 min drive from Gravesend/Shorne so we will be back frequently!

It's been our local for over 20 years so we have seen many changes. The decor is lovely but the food needs to improve. Wasnt asked if everything was ok with our meal till we were finished. I did mention the meat was very fatty but nothing was said. Gin and tonic severed up in a half pint glass fit for a lemonade or coke. No lemon and no choice if tonic. It not cheap by any means and I am afraid I want be eating there again.

Having just re-opened after refurbishment we were very disappointed to say the least. Having ordered a starter it took an hour to serve the five of us with the same crab ‘rarebit’ portions. The price was a little high for small portions. The mains were very expensive and my lamb rump with supposedly asparagus, sauté potatoes,, peas and a green salsa sauce., was tiny and the vegetables practically non existent and a price tag of £18.50. We ordered two bottles of Rose wine, not realising the price tag of £29/bottle. Other customers were also disgusted and the manager had no interest in what was being said. Never again will we be attending the threee crutches, even though it is within walking distance.

Havent been to the Three Crutches for awhile but heard it had had a refurb so decided to give it a try. The interior decor is beautiful and the gardens have been transformed. We've been looking for a place to enjoy a good old traditional Sunday Lunchfor awhile and bingo we've just found it! Succulent meat with lovely crispy potatoes followed by a to die for chocolate brownie. Enjoyed our meal so much I've booked again to try the daily menu.

Just opened after refurbishment the interior is stunning, comfortable and welcoming. The garden is vast and perfect for relaxing. We had a lovely evening here, it felt like we were on holiday but we were fifteen minutes from home.
