Stopped here yesterday for Sunday lunch, whilst visiting our Daughter who lives nearby. What a lovely surprise we had, the food was excellent (Sunday roast, cod and chips) couldn’t fault anything.
We used this pub over 25yrs ago when we first moved here, at that time a company owned it and used it as their 'Training pub' for their chain - didn't enjoy it at all and never been back until last night (27/10/23) Thought we'd try it again as we wanted a meal out for our 34th Wedding Anniversary. Very welcoming, polite and Customer focused staff, Food was excellent and we will be back! Obviously new owners and a much better experience. Would recommend to family & friends.

Lovely pub, great food and amazing atmosphere. The staff were all lovely, we got to see the christmas light switch on with carol singers, our boy hasn't stopped asking when we're going back to the singing restaurant! Well done all.
