Great service here from the staff who are very attentive and offered suggestions. Very quiet lunchtime period until a few tables got picked up as we were leaving. Food was good, charred burger and dry but sauce and fresh salad perked it up. Chips were crunchy and hot to the touch too. Would highly recommend the parsnip soup to start. Disappointed that the steak was a £10 surcharge for the set menu, otherwise I would have gotten it. £5 for a bottle of water also seemed excessive. Great range of wines and the price there is not too bad, but overall £50 for a lunchtime meal seemed a bit expensive for what you get.

I dined here recently having never been to a Branded before. First thing is how difficult parking in the local area is. I had to use the theatre car park (which is pay and display), but I didn’t find it difficult to find a space.I have a few comments here:Positives:Food tasted good, venue was clean, staff were friendly, and it’s a good atmosphere. The cocktails were good.Downsides:Pricing; I just feel it’s so incredibly overpriced for what it is. You could get similar or better quality food in a cheaper restaurant.Staff took our food early after the mains, so we had to ask them for our food back so we could finish eating it. In fact, all throughout the night our plates were being cleared up during us eating, and it just felt like poor execution.Mishap with our starters so we had to wait, which meant a few of our group were eating whilst everyone else had finished.Overall, I wouldn’t say I’d return to the venue.

It's a great discovery that came across last afternoon when we sat down for lunch with 3 types of steaks, 3 different sauces and sides, and one duck confit salad.Boy was a gob smacked at how delicious the food was.The kids had a menu as well, so it worked out quite well for our group.It's a bit pricey but worthwhile for a special occasion.
Went for the first time on a Sunday evening, we travelled so arrived early and was given a very comfortable place to wait for others with drinks on offer and gratefully accepted. We were a large party of seven adults and four children and were offered a large round table in an area where we were not disturbing anyone else and could relax despite our lively children. The food and service were excellent and absolutely nothing to complain about. The steak was cooked to perfection but all other dishes were as they should have been to a very high standard. Would love to return there again very soon!

Good atmosphere at this restaurant and was good, professional service. There was 12 in our party, some of the portion sizes were good, and others were a little meagre. However, everything was beautifully cooked and served. One of our party chose from the a la carte menu rather than the set menu, this caused a little bother, despite sending details of our order in advance. My main gripe was the cost of drinks. A regular bottle of coke costing just under £4.50 with service and one glass of wine about £10.
