Worst petrol station in the area, staff were rude and to top it off they then duplicated my transaction the next day while I was 10 miles away. Took me over a week to get my money back

Do not use this place. Put in money to fill the air in my tyre, machine didn't work and they refused to refund me. And instead asked me to put more in. Stick with BP or even Tesco, least they know how to work the machines and will refund you if it's not working.

Stopped off for the jet wash. Hadn't used this one before, paid £3.99 for a silver wash, and then went and read the instructions. Put in code, rinsing car off with the Lance, waiting for the alarm to sound for the hot brush bit which I really wanted. Never went off, then the lance goes cold then shuts off. I went into the shop and said I think the machine might not be working properly, I didn't hear the alarms and didn't get the wash I had paid for. The two staff members talked amongst themselves, I didn't understand what they were saying, and then unwillingly handed me another ticket and one followed me outside to watch. I started again, no alarm sounded but I went and stood by the hot brush and saw it started to put out soap. Fine ok, washed and then the soap stopped but no alarm. I guess that's rinse then. I went back into the shop to tell them that although it had worked, the alarm seemed to be faulty. I've never been spoken to like the way the lady spoke to me. She basically accused me of lying, each time I tried to explain she cut me off and repeated herself, and it was causing a proper scene in the shop. I don't care if your machine isn't working properly as I certainly won't be using it again but I strongly recommend that you speak to your staff about their bullying attitude and that they be shown how the jet wash is supposed to work, and that it is NOT in fact working properly. If an alarm is supposed to sound I'm going to wait for the alarm ? I'm really humiliated as the shop had other customers, who she eventually served after telling me that "it had worked, she'd seen me, what is this alarm you're talking about?". The one written on the machine actually. The man suggested it was my fault as I hadn't used the machine before. That would be why I read the instructions carefully before I started.
Don’t ever use this place. They clone your card and refuse to allow you to get a can of fuel before paying then charge you twice

Fraudulent activity. Advertised price of dielsel on large illuminated sign outside was £131.9 when I later checked my receipt I was charged £145.9, this was not for a premium diesel (according to pump) Have reported to trading standards.

THAT IS NOT SHELL PETROL STATION! Staff there cheating all the time with prices, loyalty points and refuse any Shell promotions. Quality of fuel is bad as well, same quality like Tesco or other cheap stuff. AVOID THAT STATION FOR EVERY PRICE!
