The food that Greggs sells, isn't made by Greggs. Its made by David wood foods. Where it is made and frozen and set to Greggs all over England. This also goes for the Gregg items sold at places like icelands.
Staff are friendly, it was clean, and there were plenty of places to sit. Unfortunately the choice available at the time we went in was lacking and everything seems smaller yet costs more. Bonus app is worth it though

Greggs is always good for a quick hot snack at a reasonable price . It's not a health food store - nor is it haute cuisine , but it doesn't pretend to be . Vegetarian and vegan options - so there is a reasonable choice . Decent coffee and a variety of cakes for a Very Occasional treat !One thing that strikes me in our local branch is that the people who work in there are always very cheerful and polite , despite often being very busy .?
