AVOID PAPA JOHNS SITTINGBOURNE Absolutely disgusted is an understatement. Parents ordered pizza at 7.30pm and had been well over 2 hours after this point and still the order hadn’t been delivered! Tried phoning and it just kept ringing! So after 3 hours had past drove down there and they demanded proof of payment and made out like they hadn’t ordered/paid. 10pm at night and this still isn’t resolved so they’ve gone without dinner tonight!! ?
Why are they training people on a busy Saturday night ? ordered half pepperoni, half works . half the works doesn't have any toppings on it , no olives at all . Also wasn't very hot at all , Definitely won't get My custom anymore .

Really good pizza but the people there are either mugging the franchisee off and ignoring phonecall orders or they don't care about order via phone. I can't get the same deal on Uber eats or just eat as I can over the phone. For the last 5 years no one answers the phone it's a joke
