Great local pub. Really friendly service and fantastic food. Rabbit pie was tasty, as were fish and veggie options.Plenty of parking round the back and good beer choice to. Harvey's was kept impeccably.
Excellent lunch and service. I overheard everyone without exception say as they were leaving how much they enjoyed their meal. We thoroughly enjoyed ours too. I had delicious homemade cottage pie and fresh vegetables which was very tasty and filling. My vegan/vegetarian friend had vegetable curry followed by delicious orange and chocolate dessert with vegan ice cream. Note to self: must have lunch at The Maypole more often!
