“It's well past time for senior managent to support the team here and refurbish the place. I've been twice in the last couple of days arriving to a cosy space only for the ancient AC to start blowing cold after 45 minutes. I really don't want to cross the road to somewhere else -the coffee's not as good- but I might enjoy the environment a bit better!”

There today I had a milky latte which I really enjoyed
It was one of the best milky latte I have ever had in the whole wide world
The seats in there were very comfy and soft
The tables are very clean and spotless
The wifi in there was very good
It's very good that is free
It's so fast and easy because you log in and then you connected to the wifi which makes me very happy
This is one of the best costa coffee I have been to because they do very lovely latte
The staff are so kind and lovely and they always say hello to their customers which is good news and very lovely to see

“I have been to this branch a few times to work and in the past a few times when hanging around with my kids. I have seen reviews about unfriendly staff. On the whole that hasn't been my experience but of course there is a lot of turnover and the quality of service could be more consistent.

I used to enjoy filter coffee since I think it taste pretty good and you got more for your money. But every time I have asked recently it isn't available..

Having worked here a few times it isn't ideal. Mainly because it's a very open plan so you will have to contend with screaming babies (I am doing their work, they are doing theirs) and when you are in here for a while the temperature never seems to be right (too hot or too cold). But you are left alone so for a couple of hours its fine.”
