Only popped in for a coffee and cake to be honest but have frequently used this place over the past 35+ years.The café can get a little busy around lunchtime so I do avoid that time of day.Polite staff, it's clean and tidy, the coffee is excellent and so are the cakes ?
We had another lovely lunch at Mulberry Tree today. It was very busy (understandably, it was noon), but the staff work very efficiently & no one had to wait a long time. The food was delicious, the service very brisk & it must be said, the girls work very hard.Full marks, throughly deserved.Richard & Joy.

Lovely. Everything was lovely from the wonderful lady who took the time to explain the different coffees to the super fresh food. Sadly we were too full from the mains to try the delicious looking cakes. If you are nearby it's worth making time to go here. Plus brookside is the best garden centre
