“The food and wine were delicious, highlights were the scallops and the jasmine tea burnt cream. One of the few places I’ve visited where decent wine is offered by the carafe.The lunch menu is sadly not available on Saturday.”

“Having reading some really good reviews on-line, I thought we would give this place a go … Lovely old Pub. Had a very enjoyable lunch and a couple of drinks each … The Dessert however, I think is extremely overpriced for the size of it! £8.50 and in all honesty, it was more like a child’s size. I can’t understand how some places get away with charging that amount!!! I certainly wouldn’t order it again … But it’s a nice place to go for lunch/dinner and the garden area is lovely too x”
