Worst experience. I've ordered food delivery from here a number of times and my drink is always spilled and I end up getting soggy burgers and fries. When the drink isn't spilled, I end up missing most of my order. Don't ever order if you don't want to be running behind your money. I've had the worst delivery experience in my life with them and never ordering from them again.

Unbelievably slow, I know they have lots of orders what with the drive through, deliveroo/just eat orders etc but it just seems chaotic. When you do get your food it literally has been slapped together, no care taken and ingredients missing. Have had items missing from order when going through drive through and getting home to realise you haven't got something. If you go in to order, big ques with lots of angry frustrated customers.

Second or third time in a row now , missing items in my order. McDonald's website chat asks for me to upload my receipt , which I do, then says it isn't a McDonald's receipt, which it is as it is from McDonald's. Out of pocket and hungry due to my missing food. Not good enough. This branch is very poorly managed. Always long queues and waits and several times in a row items missing from my order. Still haven't got my money back. Poor from a big company like mcdonalds.

Tonbridge McDonald's drive thru is very hit and miss I don't think I can recall a time when IV not had to wait for our food.It's not like we have completely different foods from the menu and we never ask for any to be removed etc cannot for the life of me understand why it's always soo busy either that or they work ridiculously slow!Ordering inside is a whole other experience with all the Uber, just eat delivery guys it certainly seems they get preferential treatment and your wait for your order feels like a lifetime not a great experience to be honest especially if you have very hungry children.As a result of this we hardly use McDonald's, it use to be quick and convenient but not it's expensive and takes ages to get your order.

Busy afternoon, not sure why service was slow, people waiting over 30mins for so called fast food!Food was sent back due to being cold, no one cleaning tables and touch screens not working, JUST EAT DRIVERS that were waiting are so rude to staff and other people waiting.

Genuinely the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. If you get your food within 30 mins of ordering then you have done well, I have previously had to wait over an hour. When you are in the restaurant the queues are massive because of the slow service and the tables, floor and toilet are not cleaned. Don't even try to go through the drive through where you will never get your food at the window but will be sent to wait in the car park, kind of defeats the object of a drive through service. They will continue taking orders even when the car park is full and send you to wait in the disabled bays or the drive way. Would honestly prefer to drive the distance to the next closest one which is around 20 mins away.

I am absolutely disgusted with the service I got. We ordered our food the first time it was missing a full meal and sides. I then ordered again and it was then missing a drink. No one let me know that the first meal wasn’t available after placing the order.

Sometimes get wrong order when order online specially no onions as not able to eat these as well as no relish. Just wish they do like Burger King plain burger options to begin with.

I'm not a junk food fan, so my scores reflect that. Apparently, the chickens used by McDonald's UK are now free range and they have vegetarian options too. They have basic games machines for little ones and the staff are friendly. Prices-wise, it cost us around £35 for meals for five people. Atmosphere-wise, I rated it 3* as I am more of a restaurant type, but it's fine for the genre. The food is what you'd expect, but it isn't all that healthy, of course, which is why I've rated it 3* for food.
Okay service but due to the other location being closed the wait times are awful and this causes alot of mistakes as the staff try to deal with such a vast amount of people and delivery drivers, this has lead to missed items, wrong tickets and 30+ minute wait times for me personally and others I know. Food is usually correctly prepared and always hot.Kid-friendliness: Have a nice kids area outside for them to play in, nothing huge but still enough entertainment for them.Parking: Large amount of parking spots and motorcycle parking spots availableWheelchair accessibility: Ramps for wheelchairs are very common along the paths leading to and into the establishment

Got an order delivered tonight from Tonbridge Cannon Lane which Just Eat delivered. When I received it the coke was spilt all out in bag and hardly any drink left. My mcflurry was on its side and that was completely ruined.Parking: N/A

When getting a drive through meal, these guys really put the slow in fast food! Unbelievable! 25 min wait for 3 happy meals and there was no line at the drive through! Absolutely ridiculous! Will avoid in the future if possible!
