Unbelievably slow, I know they have lots of orders what with the drive through, deliveroo/just eat orders etc but it just seems chaotic. When you do get your food it literally has been slapped together, no care taken and ingredients missing. Have had items missing from order when going through drive through and getting home to realise you haven't got something. If you go in to order, big ques with lots of angry frustrated customers.

Tonbridge McDonald's drive thru is very hit and miss I don't think I can recall a time when IV not had to wait for our food.It's not like we have completely different foods from the menu and we never ask for any to be removed etc cannot for the life of me understand why it's always soo busy either that or they work ridiculously slow!Ordering inside is a whole other experience with all the Uber, just eat delivery guys it certainly seems they get preferential treatment and your...read full review
