This is a very bad McDonald’s very rude staff I orderd chips and they weren’t even cooked and I told the manager and she’s a very very rude lady you have a lot of bad reviews Aswell the food in her is very cold and not cooked definitely don’t recommend

I went in around 7 at night, I ordered on the screen which is always quick, i chose to eat in but they had no numbers to put on the table so I had to go up to the counter to collect my order, also I got no receipt so I had to remember my number. When I received my food the chips were hardly cooked, they had an obvious light colour and were hard, also they rest of my food was cold after already waiting for about 10 minutes, it seems they now prioritise delivers over the act customers in the restaurant.

After waiting 30 minutes at our table, I got up and asked a man behind the counter how much longer our food would be, he said another hour. I asked for a refund and didn’t even get a full refund

Just had to wait 30 minutes for our food, i enquired why it was taking so long and was told itll be out when its out,very rude staff and couldn't care less, this is our nearest McDonald's and literally every time we go we have a negative experience, absolutly useless

forgot half my order, chips freezing cold (we live very nearby) and have no salt. Didn’t do the right thing i put in customise for my burger, kids left unhappy at sleepover with some having with no fries and no way to contact to ask why or get them ordered. only calling, where they did not pick up the phone. obviously not delivery drivers fault, he got food to me very quick proving that it is the staff.

A conveniently located Macca's on the route I take occasionally to/from the M25. Very busy, good pace of service, and fresh food. Can't ask for much more than that.

Unfortunately when I got there the drive through was broken. So a man told me to park up and order inside. There are not many spaces and I'm in a van. So I couldn't park. I thought since the drive through was not working I'd park in it run in and grab the food. When I go inside I was rather rudely told I couldn't block the drive through. I said yes obviously but it's not working so can I order some food and move. Then I was asked to leave. Honestly I was just trying to buy some food. They way I was spoken to was well over the top. Don't go there let's the when McDonald's chain down.

Went through drive through after ordering via the app, then had to park up and wait for 25-30 mins and we purposely went before school rush to avoid queues, then my "large meal" arrived, had less fries then my wife's medium fries.... It's also always a mess inside. Just choose any other McDonald's.

Ordered 9 nuggets- got 5. Milkshake was really watery. Burgers had no taste. A terrible experience. Won’t be going back

Epic fail again! Ordered a Philly stack without pickles or onions and the photo is what I got. Delivered via Uber so someone clearly thought they were having a laugh. This must be the worst McDonald’s in the country they never get it right.

If you're looking for a place that will consistently mess up your order, or a place where you will never ever get the order at the last window while driving through ... that's the place you want to go. If you like parking at limited bays, or in fact all over the car park and then wait for someone to run your cold order down to your car, by all means ... go and enjoy this McDonalds. I'm not sure if they're understaffed or disorganised, but it's been a disaster the few times we do go

I have to date only used the drive thru which I can only describe as utter chaos. I have never received my order at the serving hatch and have always been asked to find a parking space. Because people sit in the waiting bays and eat their food in the car, you usually need to park quite a distance from the store meaning the staff are running all over the show, trying to find the car registration that matches the order. No one from the store asks the people eating in the waiting bays to move along or check that the people using the two only disabled parking bays are blue badge users and most of the time, they are used by selfish, lazy people who can't be bothered to walk a few extra steps or think how this might affect the ones who do indeed have a disability.However, putting this aside, the food still somehow arrives freshly cooked and still hot so no complaints there. I just feel that with Uber Eats and Just Eat etc being used from this McDonald's, it's just too much for the store to handle. They either need a bigger kitchen or more staff to cope with the order numbers so that when people use the drive thru, customers get served their food at the hatch how it's supposed to work so staff are not needlessly running around like headless chickens all the time trying to find their waiting customers.

Always a crazy wait for food whilst they prioritse JustEat etc orders. They also often get orders wrong. Struggling to think of anything good to say about this place... Never used to be like this.

Had to wait for 45 minuets for my food, ended up having to ask for a refund from the manger Scott who was incredibly rude and told me there was nothing he could do so ended up leaving. On my way out my friend had his drink nocked over by another employe who was NOT willing to provide us with her name but (went to get a new drink) and then turned up with the same cup which had been on the floor. Would not recommend going to this store and will be getting in contact with higher management as wasn’t even provided with a refund for my food and drink!

Do not use this branch!! Over the last month this branch has got steadily worse. Yesterday I was given a toffee coffee, couldn’t drink and noticed after I had queued for 30 mins. This time went back and said this to them and this time (after 40 mins) was given a pale brown liquid that was not coffee in any way. Never again. There are consistently serving delivery personnel and customers are waiting, badly served or wrongly. They have just lost a regular customer
