I went in around 7 at night, I ordered on the screen which is always quick, i chose to eat in but they had no numbers to put on the table so I had to go up to the counter to collect my order, also I got no receipt so I had to remember my number. When I received my food the chips were hardly cooked, they had an obvious light colour and were hard, also they rest of my food was cold after already waiting for about 10 minutes, it seems they now prioritise delivers over the act customers...read full review

forgot half my order, chips freezing cold (we live very nearby) and have no salt. Didn’t do the right thing i put in customise for my burger, kids left unhappy at sleepover with some having with no fries and no way to contact to ask why or get them ordered. only calling, where they did not pick up the phone. obviously not delivery drivers fault, he got food to me very quick proving that it is the staff.

I have to date only used the drive thru which I can only describe as utter chaos. I have never received my order at the serving hatch and have always been asked to find a parking space. Because people sit in the waiting bays and eat their food in the car, you usually need to park quite a distance from the store meaning the staff are running all over the show, trying to find the car registration that matches the order.
