Been in a queue for the last 30 minutes and still haven't been seen, possibly the worst experience I have ever encountered at Subway. Only 2 people in front of me, but they guy is so so slow it's unbelievable and keeps serving just eat customers

Quiet for a lunch time but lovely staff (nak113) and listened to my order checked everything with me. Was a lovely experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp inside abit steep but doable

Complete wrong order so phones up and the employee hung up! Waited a minute to call back then did so and asked if he had just hung up on me to which the man responded “Yes I bloody did”. Should be fired, no way to speak to a customer for zero reason.

I had two negative experience at this particularly subway .First time one worker didn't warm up the food how I asked twice . Just ignored me .Second time , today 1st September 2023 at opening time 8.00 door was closed and waited 5 min there nobody opened and guy inside time to time looked at me and continued with his duties, totally ignored me. Never ,ever will consider to go again !

I come here for a lunchtime sub once every 3 weeks, and it's ALWAYS the same: Utterly filthy tables that never, ever get wiped, let alone cleaned. Filthy dirty floors. And the staff... well they are all foreign, almost impossible to understand, one of them definitely does not understand English, let alone speak it, probably illegal. The Home Office should check their work permits. On top of that, it's expensive. Oh and did I mention, utterly filthy. The food is OK though.

This is a nice subway, always clean and pretty much the same staff working there most days. There is a reasonably sized sitting area, and also sitting by the window so you can observe the ins and outs of people around. There are also customer toilets. Rather unusual for a Subway. Curiosity: there is another Subway just around the corner, in the shopping centre.
With the same gloves the staff used for the Ham used the same gloves for the salad for the customer in front, left as they don’t follow regulations.

Asked the server for a ham salad 6” sandwich, I got a blank look. When she asked what bread. This being my first time in a Subway, I said a normal one ?. Another blank look She then spoke to my husband and asked him his order he wanted a tuna sandwich, she then started to do that, when he asked about the ham salad, she said salad in a box ? He then had to explain what I wanted! She then picked up the bread and proceeded to start my sandwich. As she had now contaminated my bread with the fish (I have an allergy to fish) I walked out. My first and last visit to subway
