Quiet for a lunch time but lovely staff (nak113) and listened to my order checked everything with me. Was a lovely experience.Wheelchair accessibility: Ramp inside abit steep but doable

This is a nice subway, always clean and pretty much the same staff working there most days. There is a reasonably sized sitting area, and also sitting by the window so you can observe the ins and outs of people around. There are also customer toilets. Rather unusual for a Subway. Curiosity: there is another Subway just around the corner, in the shopping centre.

A few weeks ago, I opted to have the meal deal which includes a refillable soda cup, but I was overcharged an extra 30p for bottled drink upgrade that I did not have! When I complained to the social media team, they promptly acknowledgement me and referred the complaint directly to the franchise owner. To this date even despite chasing them again, the franchise owner completely ignored my complaint, and clearly couldn't even be bothered to apologise. So as a point of principle...read full review
