We spent three nights in this lovely hotel which has friendly and professional staff and which is in a really nice location. Our room was good but a bit tired and the mattress was subsiding a bit unfortunately. The hotel seemed to be storing beds in the corridors and at the bottom of stairwells which was unfortunate and possibly a fire risk. We were a bit grumpy when we arrived as couldn’t find how to reach the car park so rang reception, then found no disabled spot available but lady on reception came out with a member of staff to help with luggage and then found us somewhere to park. Everything after that was wonderful and we were very impressed with the speed and service of the waiting staff, particularly at breakfast. Everyone was lovely and friendly and went out of their way to help.

We had a fantastic experience here this weekend! Hotel is lovely, room was lovely and staff were especially lovely! From the minute we walked through the door we had amazing 4 star hotel service, felt very welcomed and looked after. Will definitely be back
