Whilst the food was good, I paid £10.50 for a small white wine. I complained and was told they had a new supplier.They were going to change suppliers.My friend visited a few weeks later and she paid £10.50 for a small 125 ml glass !Sorry, I know folks who will not be visiting again

I came in today with my puppy, covered in mud so we asked to sit outside rather than eat indoors; making a mess and disturbing others and despite not serving out doors they moved us without question.The food was superb and the service was brilliant! A special thanks to our server Darcy who went above and beyond to make our visit memorable and enjoyable.We look forward to coming again very very soon!

My daughter took us here today and I was looking forward to it. We looked at menu on line and some nice things. Unfortunatly sunday is set menu. I wasn't to worried as I like Sunday lunch , it was based on 2 or 3 course I don't normally have 2 or 3 course. I ordered the beef as did my daughter. The beef was nice as for the rest over cooked potatoes underwhelming veg. The main problem was it was not hot apart from cauliflower cheese. We would normally have mentioned while there, but we did not have time to wait for replacement. For the price which I may say is very over priced for what I consider as average. Everyone else enjoyed food. Staff were very nice and efficient .

The food was good, but overpriced for what is essentially pub food. The service wasn't brilliant as we booked for 19:30 and didn't get our food until almost 21:00 and we had kids with us and three out of the six or seven non vegetarian options had run out at 19:30 on a Saturday, so not ideal.

Visited here for a special birthday celebration and it lived up to all the great reviews. We even ordered the doggy dinner..a great idea! Cozy atmosphere, roaring fires..great ambiance, food was delicious and the staff were lovely. We will definitely return again soon!
