I honestly can’t fault this hotel enough. What a rare find and I cannot wait to return on the way back down. We didn’t use the pub for a meal but I am desperate to on the way back down. They reassigned us a ground floor as we had a baby and too much to carry upstairs. Thanks to the staff for being attentive. Can’t wait to try the food!

Honestly the food was mediocre. The table was sticky the place was very empty. It really felt like we should have chosen somewhere else. The service was not bad however neither was it good and as we completed our evening meal the staff put the breakfast buffet out. This stopped us considering a dessert. I think you need a better menu. More offers and refreshing the staff. It definitely needs cleaning and it is doubtful I would return. I took my dad back down to the car via the ramp because one of the steps was loose and I did not want him falling. There we noticed a guest of the hotel recieving their just eat delivery. I would insist guests use the kitchen for room service. So it was not impossible bad although the frozen chips were awful possibly kept warm. It was not good and I do doubt I will return.

Called in today for a beer and some food the service was really good, staff freindly and food came fast will visit again.

Visited with friends for a lunch get together, the young girl who took our order was lovely and could not do enough for us, The food arrived in good time, I ordered a Philly Cheese Steak Baguette which was mostly delicious but I did leave one piece of the steak as it was impossible to chew, the rest of my friends all said they enjoyed their food. I checked with the staff when ordering that the 30% voucher I had received via email was valid and was told it could be used , After the meal I went to the till to pay & asked if the discount had been applied & was told that it had so I just paid the bill, it wasn’t until I got home & was checking the bill to split the cost between us that I noticed that no discount had been applied. I realise I should have checked before I paid but just took the cashiers word for it.
