I used to live in Guide Village years ago and the king was my local. The staff are so nice and have been there for years! I love that it is still a real traditional pub exactly how it should be.
Great local pub with good selection of drinks and friendly locals. Particularly good if you are a sports fan and staying in the local area. It’s the only place nearby with SkySports. Well worth the 2 minute walk if you are staying at the local hotel. A great antidote to the usual big corporate offering.
