Super fast and friendly service from the lady behind the counter. Ordered our pizza, after a short wait, we were handed our piping hot delicious fresh pizza which tasted like it had just come out of the oven till we reached home 12 mins later!

Obviously this is a franchised company. If this was my Brand and I was allowing others to share in the value and quality of my product. I would ensure that all branches followed process and quality procedures. This venue clearly does not. A decadence product, invokes a sense of quality and the justification of the additional cost of £3.50. It becomes very apparent the disparity between some of these franchised businesses due to varying degrees of quality. A product containing the prestigeous title of "decadence" for the added price of £3.50 should be able to justify that cost. It becomes clear, very quickly, that some of the franchisee are using the word "decadence" to cut back in order to drive up additional profit. The photographs are a second attempt by the establishment to adhere to my requests, this was due to the fact I ordered online and was subsequently told I could not be provided with a refund. My only compensation was to accept another poorly created dominoes pizza! Guess what? I want a full refund, for being messed about and compensated for instructing poorly trained staff on how to make a very basic "Pizza". I charge £50 an hour. so thats 1 for the pizza, and 1 for writing this review. Dominoes. You owe me £100. No i don't want vouchers or replacement pizzas, I'll take pounds, whichever way you want to provide it. Trading Standards, false advertisement. As a consumer I have rights. 'It's just a pizza' Tomorrow it will be our homes! NO

Ordered a Pizza, didnt arrive. Rang back, they apologised and said refund would be done straight away and would go back onto card in 7 days. That was on the 29th April. Rang again 13th May to be told the manager couldn't do the refund and it would have to be the area manager to do the refund. 22nd of May, still no refund and still being told it's the area manager to organise. Absolutely waste of space, poor service, sharp practice, total disregard to due diligence and would most definitely not recommend. If you want to pay twice for the same meal, receive cold food and trust that there is no extra toppings on your pizza then this is the pizza outlet for you. CAVEAT EMPTOR. AVOID AT ALL COST.

Ordered for collection. Collected and Normally good. Ordered 14 wings and only got 12 and 2 of them the size of a 50p. Not good for the price. Called to complain to have someone say they can’t hear me. “Never had that problem as I use my phone for work” and for them to put the phone down on me. Called immediately back to have someone different and could hear me completely fine! They replaced the wings and just a sorry pal. Disappointed tbh as the food isn’t cheap and staff let the place down.

Absolutely shocking service and food. Order arrived 2 hours late, pizza and side arrived stone cold as though it had been sat there all night. Manager assured me it wasn’t his problem. Forgot half my order (twice) ended up taking 3 trips to get the full order.
Literally the most average pizza's I have ever had. Definitely will not be going again because there is Literally no value for money and that is after getting them for supposedly half-price.

Horrendous every time without fail. No consistency, pizza rarely cooked or even topped properly , staff mostly appear to be untrained children. Management appears to not exist.

Pizza had been oviously been kept warm for a while before delivery, luke warm when delivered £30 wasted, there are better providers locally than domino's. I will not be ordering from them again.
