Received some absolutely amazing customer service today from Antony, he went above and beyond to fulfill the order that our just eat driver had taken. He is a credit to the store and more companies should have staff like him. 3 very happy little boys and an even happier mum. Thankyou so much for a 5* service :)

Ordered food , while waiting for order to be bagged another member of staff sold to another customer, when complained I got to to stop crying and go and get myself new teeth which was rude and disrespectful. Never will I go into welbeck store AGAIN.

As I approached Gregg's I seen a beggar who lives on park road, he asked me for any spare change I asked do u accept visa he said no so we went our separate ways and I bought myself a large latte

Cold pasties every single time. Returned it and the lady looked surprised..then said they arent very hot.Swapped it for another..luke warm offering. Never going again. Would rather purchase from Iceland and cook my own
