Should be called the Unhappy Haddock. Felt like a school dinner served by psycho dinner ladies. Lighten up, get some decent tea that doesn't taste like cardboard and try being friendly and welcome to your customers.

Pretty bloody awful, fish was over cooked with a green/grey looking mushy peas slopped over it which meant the batter was soft ... Atmosphere was dead, the place was empty "The alarm bells should have rang out loud" , service was as lack lustre as the shop... And to top it off the price was extortionate for the portion size...There's far better places along the front, go elsewhere...

We had the nicest fish and chips we have ever had .The service was amazing ,we go every year and it never lets us down .Sue and Antony were lovely they couldnt do enough .We would recommend this chippy ,because it deserves an award .If you are in blackpool please give them a try ,they are amazing .Thankyou so much from Andy wilkinson

Place was disgusting. Welcomed into the establishment by a young girl who’s face was tripping her must of cleaned the same table 3 times. Ordered food paid for it and before I made my way back to the table the big woman behind the counter was picking a scab from her arm and flakes it off onto the floor. The food was brought my mrs happy the young girl . I asked her if she had salt she walked to the salt and scabby asked her what she was doing. Her the young girl and the chef who looks like has never drank any water in his life with 1 tooth in mouth staring at me. I went to get this myself. The holder had crumbs in it. My daughter had chicken nuggets told me when we were finished that she was leaving some cause they tasted weird. I bit into one and nearly gagged god knows where they have been. My partner had a sausage it was so hard they could of used them as screws to keep the south pier up. The cheese on my chips and cheese was fired into the microwave.The place needs shut down no wonder the English get a bad name these are the sort of people with horrible attitudes .It’s not my fault you find yourself working in a chippy in Blackpool on a Sunday afternoon. What a sad bunch of people we came across I’d be embarrassed if I was them reading this.

Absolutely awful experience, nothing happy about the place, the staff are all full of stinking attitude, we never got all our drinks and when we asked about the drinks we were rudely asked to produce our receipt as evidence, then when we got our food one had hair in it, the others were absolutely disgusting, tasteless and incredibly greasy, prices are high and quality was terrible, I wouldn’t eat here again even if it was free

Worst experience ever. Not willing to help and attitudes stink. Food low standard. My toastie was cheese tomato and hair. We didn’t get one cup of tea and had to prove we paid it with receipt before we got it.

I dont usually review places but i have never known anything like it. Racism couldn't be anymore obvious. The staff are the most rudest people I have ever come across in my life. They shout the order "CHIPS" at you and slide the food across the counter. When you give them the money to pay they just shout the price at you very abrupt with no please or thankyou. But when a white person orders they get their order placed in their hands and are spoken to polite. Also one of the staff members picked a tissue up off the floor which people had walked on and placed it back on the clean pile.One of the asian customers was told to bring back two portions of fish and chips which she had started to eat!! The big fat staff member was shouting at her to "bring it back thats not your order" her face red with anger looking really hateful. When the girl brought it back she then served the same chips that was touched and eaten to another customer!!When you ask the staff a question they answer you so unmannerly. Not one of the staff had a smile on there face. The big fat lady hangs over the till and watches the customers eat giving them dirty looks and whispering to other staff members and she is also very rude to anybody who is not white. Aswell as the rest of the staff treating anybody of colour very badly. They honestly need closing down. In the end we felt so uncomfortable we didnt eat the food and left. This is the most vile place I have been to in all my life. NEVER AGAIN. Keep your stinking food.

Was in Blackpool Saturday decided to eat here as we was here last year . Must have changed owners . Staff was rude food was disgusting . Barked soon as got to counter for order . Fish was more batter then fish . Tables was dirty . Owners take notice as seen other comments same . Sort your staff out .Will not return to this place again

Ordered our food, when it was brought over to the table we were told they had run out of vinegar…How can a chippy run out of vinegar? They made sure they took the order and served the food before telling us, obviously because they know people will walk out and go elsewhere…totally ruined what could’ve been an ok (not great) chippy tea.

Happy haddock? Theres nothing happy about this place. Took ages to be served. The blonde woman who was serving had a face like a slapped ars. The staff so rude, just left you waiting for ages and very small portions for the price. Avoid!!!!
