I ordered to be delivered at 5 pm then it changed to 6.05 pm and now I've found out you closed at 6.00pm, I want a total refund as it said it was being prepared and driver was at the restaurant??????????

My daughter and I ordered some chips for both of us and for my 2 young children. They were disgusting, even my 2 year old threw them away. My 3 year old spat the chips back in the tub and asked for the bin. My daughter and I were not able to eat them at all. Most of the chips were black and even the ones that were not discoloured was still not edible. ?. Was a waste of £10. The best chippy in Burnley has to be the one near the hospital. We have been their several times. The food is perfect and fresh every time we've been, plus the staff are really friendly.I had to rate this as 1 star in order to share my post but even that is over rated.

Nice little place. It's quite reasonably priced with a fair portion size.

I was not impressed at all. 1 fish, 1 battered sausage, chips, mushy peas and gravy.Everything tasted like it had been cooked in old filtered oil that had been given a fresh top up. Which gave the batter a slightly darker colour and a bitter taste. The sausage and fish were bland, the gravy was thick-ish brown water and the peas came out Luke warm at best, they replaced them but somehow managed to replaces them with peas that had less of a taste.I left more than 2 3rds and my mouth wouldn't let continue trying to eat more.I did not complain after the peas, I paid just under £16 and it was worth it to know that me and my now dodgy stomach won't be back.

Chips were like they had been reheated and then left to go cold. Peas were hard and taste bitter and steak pud turned out to have kidney in. Worst chippy I’ve ever had
