Nipped in today for a quick breakfast. A good size mug of Twinnings Breakfast tea, lovely toast which came with plenty of butter and jam at no extra cost. Great service, and they greeted the regulars by name and knew what they wanted before they did. ? Will go back soon. ?
The coffee shop has a fantastic selection of quality food and drinks. The staff are nice and friendly creating a fun and relaxed atmosphere. I would highly recommend as Charlotte's is not just a place to meet friends, it's also a place to make friends!

Busy on a Thursday lunchtime, so clearly popular! Super friendly, lovely staff. Quick service and the hot chocolate is amazing (can recommend Lotus biscoff flavour). Will definitely be back!
