I having problems in this cafe food ok but on a Sunday its winding customers up .this Ash. She let's customers sit in cafe as long as they want .your business gets discussed by yvonne hartley a david cheetham Jim..yvonne hartley as a go at a lady in a wheelchair ..I'd like to.see a change staff in the cafe .I been advised to keep out .

Came late, orderd a large which constitutes as 1 extra tastless sausage on same size t cake, more taste in a pound shop sponge DONT BOTHER!! £20 for 2 awful sandwiches
It's ok I've ordered bout 3 or 4 times the food is standard I can deal with that but the communication over the telephone is diabolical they just say hello no Introduction of the cafe or anythin I have rang couple of times and I have had to confirm off my own back as a customer that I'm speaking to star cafe workin in a restaurant industry myself it's just basic training to answer the phone and say 'hello start cafe' that's all you need to do ordered again rang up to double check delivery at backdoor and the guy I spoke to kept cutting me off I get its busy but every customer matters!! after this I WILL NOT be ordering again from there spending a good £15 everytime I order for rude service WILL NOT BE ORDERING FROM THERE AGAIN NOW

The chips came with no salt the rice felt like rubber in the mouth forgot my dips just plane food no taste i hated it ruined my mood i just want to punch my kids head in
