Do not order online from this Subway. Couldn't get a simple order correct.Extras paid for but not on sub. No bacon and no extra cheese. The bread was wrong too.

Voted with my feet and walked out today. Such bad service. Total waste of my lunch. Waited in line 20 mins and the staff keep prioritising delivery/Just Eat orders over customers who are actually waiting.I normally like this Subway but it's now the second time this has happened to me and a total joke.Lads behind counter had literally no idea how to do anything with any ounce of speed, compounded by the fact delivery orders are being made infront of us mugs who are actually in a que.Vegetarian options: Loads of them infront of you if you want to wait an hourParking: Don't park - it's not worth the wait

Appalling experience just now. We use this subway a lot and have had some issues but never this bad. Lunch time on a Saturday so was expecting it to be busy but thankfully we were the only ones there. The lad making the sandwiches had no clue what he was doing and seemed to be the only one serving. Clearly had never made the sandwiches before - please train your staff BEFORE they face the public.The first sandwich was left out whilst he worked on the other and by the time he got back round to it, it had gone cold. Someone else then decided to help out on the salad bad and proceeded to put gerkins on instead of jalapeños. When we pointed that out, she said she couldn’t take them off now so would have to remake the whole thing. By this point we’ve already been there 15 minutes and were in a big rush so told her to leave it and we’d just have it as it was.Thankfully the lady working the tills appeared and could tell we were stressed by this point. I’m giving the service stars for her alone, she was speedy and polite and got us finished off quickly. It should not have taken nearly 20 minutes for two completely incorrect and nearly inedible sandwiches. Do better next time.

Well staffed at lunch and all the staff on today were friendly, polite, made eye contact and I was told about the new products. I would say its some of the best service I've had in a Subway and I eat in them nation wide. I probably wouldn't normally review a fast food chain restaurant, but the service from the staff was so much more friendly than normal that I felt they deserved a pat on the back. Thanks ?
