Chips - which already tasted like they'd been sitting for a while - might have been better if the salt and vinegar had gone on them rather than just on the fish which was unceremoneously chucked on them. The batter on the fish was a bit thick and could have been fried a bit lighter but was tasty. I think this is a decent chippy but just needs to get some basics right. Price is a couple of quid higher than what I've paid elsewhere for same order and received better quality tbh....read full review

This is by far the best chippy I've been to. Fried Fish? excellent, Chips? Hot and tasty, value for money? yes. They do an amazing fish scone, crispy and nice. Friendly staff, obviously well versed in the fish n chips game and very reasonable prices.
