“We have been dining at La Rocca since 2012 and have always had a wonderful experience from the staff and the food is exceptional. The garlic bread with cheese is the best I’ve ever tasted! I love the fact it is small and quaint and doesn’t have music blasting away - so you can talk easily with your friends and family without having to shout. “My new chippy! First of all the people that run the place are brilliant and really friendly. They actually care about it being healthy (but not in a boring way where it tastes like cardboard), they use tallow instead of seed oils, which to be honest tastes way better as well. The chips were great, and the fish was brilliant. The batter was nice and crispy and not soggy like some chippies do. They also do a really good deal for a small fish and chips, which would be totally adequate if you're not that hungry or buying for a child, but you're going to want to get a full sized portion, because it's tasty. Their curry sauce is also really nice and tastes like it is home made. It has a nice warmth to it and a bit of a kick. You can taste the spice, but it isn't too hot.

Always seem to be able to park right outside, even when it is busy which is helpful, and a friend of mine is gluten intolerant, and says they provide gluten free options.

And last but not least, when it comes to takeaways, it REALLY helps that they take card payments.”

“Usually go to Golden harvest in Horwich. Walent here as I was in Chorley and I must say, what an experience. Made to feel really welcome with a friendly lady behind the counter, and the food is incredible. P.S the prawn today is the best I've had, I will def do return. ☺️”

“Had a burger last week and left a review that was the classic burger absolutely great and very very affordable tonight I tried the chicken burger and it did not disappoint brioche bun Chris lettuce special mayo and juicy chicken burger that wasn’t fatty greasy. I did have to warm my chips up in the air fryer for two minutes, but they were great.”

“I love the food, the Texan burger and fries is always so nice and smokey tasting. The kebab box is average, but pretty good. I really like their sauces. They are always really friendly when I go there or get delivery”

“This is hands down the best chippy in Chorley! I’ve not been for a while but really fancied a chippy tea. Me and my son arrived and they were queueing round the corner but the food was 100% worth the wait. Even when so busy the food was spot on. Even my son said it was the best meal he’s had in ages which is a huge compliment because he’s a fussy eater. Can’t fault the food and the staff”
