First time here, safe to say we will be back. Considering it was mother's day and quite busy the staff were great. Food was outstanding. The roast dinners were exceptional! The puddings and cheese board were perfect. The portion sizes were generous too. Thank you for a lovely afternoon, we will be back!

The Aspinall Arms is located in a rural setting in idyllic Mitton with a running river behind overlooking the the countryside.A large interior divided into different areas near the bar and restaurant which overlooks pretty views. Service is very good and efficient. The food is hearty and delicious, Highly recommend for a Sunday lunch.Parking: A car park to the side and a further car park to the rear. We had reserved our table for 12.30pm and parked in the relatively empty, rear car park. Upon leaving, it was full, and cars were waiting for spaces, clearly a very popular place.
What a fantastic place to eat, the food and service was excellent. Great choice of food on the menu. We had: beetroot cured salmon, followed by Pan fried chicken. Additionally, the views of the river and surrounding area were fantastic, coupled with history guide the pub produced: very informative. I can definitely recommend The Aspinall Arms as a place to eat and drink.

All was good until i ordered another orange and passionfruit drink, it came but the glass was filthy - how the barman had put ice in it and not notice is beyond me. The waitress swiftly replaced it and apologised. The next issue was trying to get our bill - had to ask twice for it. Good job the food was delicious.

The best pub i know of? My local so biased but also serve Leffe(favourite beer). Location is amazing year round. Staff super friendly and very efficient and allow my dog to sneak up to the fire. Superb.
